Abstract:

Force analysis of the spherical\|bottomed cylindrical parts was done. According to its forming characteristics, the forming process was divided into materials vacancies and straight punch stages, and the mathematical model was established. Stage stress analysis was carried out in various parts. Dynaform software was used to simulate the forming process of the spherical-bottomed cylindrical parts under various process parameters, and the impact law of the process parameters to the spherical\|bottomed cylindrical parts forming limit was obtained. It is that decreasing the blank holder force and  friction coefficient in a certain range and increasing the thickness will expand the bulging region of forming parts, which is benefit to the forming limit of the spherical-bottomed cylindrical parts. The experiment verification is consistent with the conclusion.
