Abstract:
This article explains the advantages and disadvantages of some possible methods for processing flanges. By comparing these methods, it shows that liquid forging process is feasible. The article also introduces the optimized roughcast of flange and the cruces in die designing. It states the main structure parameters and the working traits of the die.
