Abstract:
The numerical simulation of aluminium profile extrusion process reduces the exploitation time of the die. Optimizing the node number of finite element makes the bandwidth reduced, the consumption of RAM decreased, the compute speed increased. A renumbering algorithm is presented in this paper. The algorithm optimizes the node number of the aluminium profile extrusion die, makes the bandwidth reduced and the compute speed increased.
