Abstract:
Based on the technology analysis of the dust cover for the brake hub of the automobile axle with a local non-symmetrical box shape,the multi-point forming with a floating die is adopted in the deep drawing process,the technological problem of the wrinkle and fracture occurred in the trail-produce is analyzed experimentally and theoretically.
