Abstract:
In this paper,the effect of the structure of blank-holder on the distribution of blank-holder stress during sheet metal forming has been investigated by numerical simulation and experimental measurement method.The embedded measurement system of contact stresses is established.The results indicate that the contact stresses depends on the structure of blank-holder and the different distribution of contact stresses around the blank-holder can be obtained by reasonably designed blank-holder and the formability of stamped part can be improved.
