Abstract：

The importance of starlike inner race no-flash die forging process of automobile constant velocity universal joint is introduced.This forming process is studied by using numerical simulation method.The no-flash die forging mould base for practical production is developed.The research result is useful for selecting the process and designing the mould of no-flash die forging of automobile key parts.
