Abstract:
To optimize the technique parameters of the production of cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars effectively,we use the artificial neural network and genetic algorithm to simulate and analyze the reflect relationship of non-linear,multi input and multi target between the properties and the parameters.,We have formed the thoughts from which we can transform multi functions to sole function so as to optimize the technique parameters for all the functions.At the same time,we make all the targets getting best level as possible as we can.From it, we have got the very satisfied optimized results about the complex engineering projects.And we have gained the rational technique parameters of the production of the cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars.
