Abstract:
The main problems in the former technological process for manufacturing forging die of engine valves are analyzed. The new process with high-frequency narrow-pulse current and group technology is introduced. Its features, such as the higher manufacture precision, the better skin quality and the faster production efficiency are discussed. This process can make the mold's producing period shorter, the nature life longer, and the cost less. It can economize the factory's cost, and improve product's competition.
