Abstract:
A mechanics model of the forging machinery producing process is established. The relationship between upsetting force, the product quality and the mould state during producing process is analyzed. The movement of the end of pattern vector on the plane indicates the quality of the product and the mould state. A threshold value of the product quality is described.
