Abstract:

The corresponding simulating formability of IF, 08Al, SPCC steel was evaluated completely by carrying out the tests of deep drawing, hole expanding, conical cup and earring The test results indicate that the simulating formability of IF steel is the best; 08Al steel is better than SPCC steel At the same time, the shaping behaviors of the three kinds of steels showed in the process of the tests are discussed in detail based on the mechanical viewpoint
