Abstract:
This paper introduces the selection of precision roll forging for YQ153A front axle, including the selection of contraction, decision of roll forging drawing, selection of diameter of blank, designing of each typical sections groove, allocation of coefficient of elongation and the roll forging drawing designing of 3rd, 2nd and 1st roll forging step.
