Abstract:
To the question of wrinkle and drawing breakage during the rectangle box forming process,this paper describes the simulation of rectangle box deep drawing by Marc finite element analysis software.The paper builds up the whole analysis model including plate,male die,cavity die and pressure sheet,and then the effects of different male die radius,cavity die radius,and male die corner radius on the rectangle box deep drawing are analyzed by comparing the equivalent stress of the drawing workpiece.Moreover,the simulation results are further analyzed and the relationship between male and cavity die radius is gained in order to induce the reasonable values of the two parameters.The feasibility and reliability of the simulation method is investigated.
