Abstract:
An automatic assembly method of the component is presented.The representation of assembly feature and the automatic orientation method of the component are introduced.The realization method of automatic assembly based on SolidWorks is put forward.First,the parameterized part library and relation database for assembly are established,then parts of die form base part adopting from outer to inner assembly mode are assembled layer-by-layer and finally assembly of die is obtainecl.Automated design is realized.Lastly,an example is given to prove the method.
