Abstract:
By using some simplification assumptions,a theoretical analysis of the local rolling forming load for the discal parts is presented.The influences of forming processing parameters and the geometry of the rolling tool on the loads are also analyzed.It is found that the forming load including force and moment increases with the thickness reduce of the work piece and the size of the rolling tool.The most important components of the forming load are the axial force and the bending moment.All of the results will be useful for the design of the forming machine and forming processing parameters.
