Abstract:
5CrNiMo hot die steel microstructures after hot forging are simulated by using MC and CA methods in combined with the basic principle of metallurgy.Taking MATLAB software as surrounding platform,the simulated software has been developed by combining C program.The software can accomplish the dynamic demo of the austenite grain growth and the phase transformation from austenite to ferrite under cooling after forging,so the simulated results are very intuitionistic,furthermore,it can compute grain dimension quantitatively by the simulated results.Moreover,it can verify the reliability of the simulated software by experiment.
