Abstract:
In view of the early stage cracking failure of combined die,finite element method is applied to analyze the global inner pressure status of the structure of dies.The results indicate the high stress value in the dies.Finally,the global inner pressure is changed into local inner pressure with the action position is being changed.The improvement decreases the maximum stress by 40.5% and increases the service life of dies.
