Abstract：

Lubricant is very important in the extrusion process.This paper introduces the new lubricant of high polymer used for ferrous metal cold extrusion.It expounds the lubricating mechanics of high polymer lubricant.Combined with the practice,it puts forward its using method and compares the traditional Parkerizing and Saponifying process in every technology parameter.It also analyzes the application of this lubricant in the warm extrusion.
