Abstract:
Drawbead is an important measure taken to control the sheet forming.At present, studies on drawbead have obtained some progresses,but the study of the forming mechanics of drawbead needs to be improved.In the paper,through the method of numerical value simulation,the effect of the evolution of thickness and equivalent strain which are the semi-circle drawbead mechanical parameters to the sheet is studied.The study indicates that the thickness will be reduced and equivalent strain will be improved when the sheet passes the semi-circle drawbead.There is a good linear relation among the height of semi-circle Drawbead,the thickness reduction and the equivalent strain of the sheet.The letter two will be risen along with the height of semi-circle drawbead.What's more,the augment of every radius of semi-circle Drawbead will reduce the thickness reduction and the equivalent strain.
