Abstract:

According to the principle of orthogonal test,the forming processes of front wing with different blank holder force,such as friction coefficients between tools and blank sheet,gap between die and punch,and initial size of blank sheet are numerically simulated with sheet forming software.The simulated thickness is compared with practical thickness.The effects of above factors are obtained.
