Abstract:
Taking a deep cup-shaped part as an example,the best cold extrusion process plan was determined through the component shape and the material property analysis.For every forming step,the lubricating and softening treatment criterion were given.The die for ironing process was designed.In the die design,the appropriate equipment was chosen firstly through calculating the forming force.The important components of the ironing die were designed according to the process and equipment characteristics.Finally,the assembly diagram of the ironing die was designed.The practice proves that the process proposed in this paper and the design die can be used to achieve the cold extrusion of the deep cup-shaped part.The size precision of the part formed by this set of crafts is high,and the intensity performance is also improved.
