Abstract:
A design method was proposed to replace the integral mould with the mould structure of three-layer cylinder and thus to change the loading on the mould and to achieve a longer life in view of the fact that in the metal shaping production,the cold upsetting mould of the integral mould structure had a very poor fatigue life.According to the testing results of cold upset bolt fillister head and based on the stress analysis method,the lining mould design principle and the empirical formulas were deduced.The concrete application of the method was given.
