Abstract:
For the further improvement of manufacturing efficiency and capability of the tool,the milling manufacture method was proposed on the base of flat-bottomed nubbly cross wedge rolling structure.The general structure,automatic NC programming,process programming and NC milling simulated manufacturing process of the flat-bottomed nubbly cross wedge rolling were discussed in detail.Based on the result of study,the cross wedge rolling tool(CWRT)automatic programming and simulation of high-speed milling machining became true,and the CWRT could be successfully machined.The generated NC code could be used in actual production directly.It is proved from both theory and simulation that flat-block CWRT high-speed milling machining is effective and feasible.
