Abstract:
In order to know clearly the drawing formability of STO7Zn sheet steel which is broadly applied to the automobile produces,the numerical simulation and physical simulation tests were used in the relative tests to study on the influences of three mechanics property parameters(σs、n、r) on the drawing formability of the STO7Zn steel sheet.Based on a series of tests,the notable effect of three material mechanics property parameters on the drawing formability of the STO7Zn steel sheet was gained.Properly increasing three mechanics property parameters could effectively improve the sheet forming property.The quantitative analysis were applied to study on the effects about the three material mechanics property parameters(σs、n、r).By the test results,it shows that σs value has great effect on the maximum drawing force of test steel sheet.r value can make the formability degree change evidently,and the effects of n value on the test steel sheet is the middle one among the others.At the same time,it is proved through the experiment that numerical simulation test using ETA/DYNAFORM software can effectively predict effective result of material mechanics property parameter to sheet drawing formability.
