Abstract:
300MN forging hydraulic press is the essential equipment of the national defense and the basic construction of our country.The primary work cylinder is one of the important parts in hydraulic press.Its performance is directly related to the well functioning of hydraulic press.With the aid of fault tree,the failure forms were analyzed,and the reliability block diagram of the primary working cylinder was set up.The stress of the primary cylinder was analyzed by the finite element software(MARC),and the reliability of the cylinder structure was predicted based on the stress-strength model.The results show that the reliability degree of the primary cylinder is 1 and there is a great margin.Its reliability is greatly related to the hydraulic system.It provides the reference to the design.
