Abstract:
On the basis of fully analyzing the shape characteristics of Ω wire,geometry characteristics of the rolling die pass and the metal forming complexity within the rolling die pass,Ω wire was continuously drawn through five groups of roller dies by combining with the practice experiences.Among them,Y model,which composed of three rolling dies,was applied before the fourth times,and the two rolling dies were used to draw on the fifth times.The geometry shape of its middle billet,which was the molding shape of rolling die,was designed by applying AutoCAD software.Moreover,assembly drawing was also designed by Pro/E software.Based on the above work,the alternant design was realized,and the design and manufacture's cycle time was shortened,too.All the jobs will provide theoretic guidance for producing special shape wire of high quality.
