Abstract:
On the base of the analysis of the characteristics of structure and technical feature of the parts,the method of multi-stamping,which could finish the working steps including inputting,stretching,punching and drawing in one mould,was adopted in the research.The parts with a smooth surface produced by this method can meet the product requirement,reduce the die cost,raise the production efficiency and stabilize the product quality.The composite die structure feature,designing idea and possible problems in assembly process were introduced.
