Abstract:
The technique of dill socket parts in punch processing was analyzed.Material selection,structure design and intensity treatment of punch were studied.The punch was made by GCr15 material and the tempering temperature was properly increased during the preheat treatment procedure.The hardness of the die could be controlled around 54HRC.The blade of the punch was processed by laser surface-hardened treatment.Not only the better hardness of the surface was got,but also the better toughness in the punch core part was ensured.The results show that the anit-impact fatigue property of the punch is improved and the life of the punch is prolonged.Hence,it is feasible to machine the punch for processing the drill socket part with proper measures.
