Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the technical difficulty of the pressing technology and design of multi-position progressive die for the anode piece,the key technology,such as design of working-position,layout,die structure and key parts,and calculation of step precision were mainly demonstrated.To assure the bar strip moving synchronously and running smoothly,float bending low plates and lifting guide pins were used.To simplify the structure and reduce the cost of the die,a simple die sets were used.To avoid the distortion of the formed pressed part,a double-gradient matrix point was used.The production fact proves that the technical plan is rational and the die structure is safe and reliable.The requirements for output and technology are met.
