Abstract:
In order to resolve the problems of plastic formation and accuracy control of blank,the warm cold compound forming process(preliminary shaping-backward extrusion forming-cold extrusion sizing) and the forming theory of "guiding flow in axial direction ","push extrusion forming " were adopted based on the study on the theory and experiment and the corresponding dies were developed.The difficulties of plastic formation and accuracy control of blank were solved,and the problems of oxidation and local shrinkage of internal hole were solved during experiment.The experimental results show that the process is proved to be feasible,and the a-b-c-d-e-f-g external surface of sized blank can meet the operating requirements of part directly without further machining.The contour accuracy is ensured,the materials are saved,the production costs are reduced,and the mechanical properties are improved.
