Abstract:
Because the side-frame auto panel has many complex model surfaces,the wrinkle and fracture defects are often produced in deep drawing process.Considering the occasional fracture of an auto panel,the circle grid analysis was firstly conducted to determine the metal flow and the forming characteristics and the reason of necking and fracture was got.Then the FE model with the similar forming feature of the round part of the auto panel was established.The analysis on the influence of blank shape,draw bead restrain force on the formability was performed and the effect of two die repairing schemes was also achieved.At last,the validity of the analysis and effectiveness of the die repairing schemes were verified by the field production.
