Abstract:
The selection method of roll forging process parameters of middle tonnage automobile front axle and die design outline were stressed.It was proved in practice that roll forging process of automobile front axle had the problems,such as difficult stretch,uneven deformation,aligning ability of blank and dies cavity and control of forging length etc.The problems could be solved by rational design of roll forming die,optimization of die cavity structure,adjustment of forming technology and adoption of special tool and fixture.
