Abstract:
The limitations and disadvantages of traditional manufacture technology for the double-layered metal vacuum containers were analyzed.A new synchronous hydrobulging one-step process to manufacture the container with empaistic pattern or artistic words on the outer-layer surface was proposed.The sectional hydro-bulging die was designed.The relationships among the number of die sections and the following factors,including the efficiency,machining precision and technology of the die manufacturing were discussed.The design principles of self-lock for the sectional hydro-bulging die were analyzed.Some qualified containers with empaistic patterns of basketball,football and volleyball on the outer-layer surface were produced.The results show that the inner layer and the thermal insulation chambers of the container shall be pressured sychronously to obtain the qualified containers,and the hydraulic pressure in the inner layer shall be equal to the pressure in the thermal insulation chambers during bulging.The sectional hydro-bulging die will own the self-lock function,and the even number of die sections is favorable.
