Abstract:
By analyzing bending parts of U type,the blanking and bending compound dies which could complete synchronously 3 procedures of lancing,bending and cutting-off in the same working station were designed reasonably.The die working process and main design points were introduced.After the actual production,it was found that the product quality,production efficiency and economic efficiency were improved for some extent.The percentage of coumpound die and progressive die in the die production was increased by considering the die structure and cost,which shall meet the die design development requirement.
