Abstract:
The multistage incremental forming of vertical wall cylinder always has the characteristics of fussy forming path and complicated parameters setting.In order to achieve uniform thickness of fleet parts and also to improve the forming limit,the theory of multistage incremental forming was added into the pocket forming,and the experiment was designed to form vertical wall cylinder parts with normal pocket forming.After amending the NC program of pocket forming,dispersing the tool location and increasing the cutter lifting,a vertical wall cylinder with radius of 30mm,depth of 27mm and uniform thickness was formed.
