Abstract:
The topography of the surface defect,the phase and chemical composition,the microstructure,the grain and the impurity elements of hot rolled H68 copper alloy strip from semi continuous casting were analyzed.The results show that the causes of the surface defect on it are subcutaneous blowholes which are oxidized and can't be closed in the process of hot rolling and the cinder inclusion which causes the stress concentration.And microcracks can propagate zigzag or continuously.
