Abstract:
Aiming at the phenomenon of basin gear tending to form flange in the roll ring for broaching,causes of forming flange were analysed and the measures of possible resolve were confirmed in theory.Experiment shows that flange is fully avoided.And it ensures the latter finishing forging's implementation.The latter machining workload is greatly cut down and about 26.92% material per basin gear is saved.The cost is reduced and production efficiency is enhanced.Thus it gains a good economic benefit and provides useful references for the same rolling ring products.
