Abstract:
A mechanical model was built to obtain sliding neutral angle in deformation zone of ring rolling by slab method.The load condition of forward slid zone and backward slid zone in the deformation zone was analyzed in detail.According to the load equilibrium equation and the boundary condition of ring rolling,the union equations were built to solve the sliding neutral angle in the deformation zone.A Matlab program was compiled for an actual example to obtain the sliding neutral angles at the end of ring rolling.
