Abstract:
Springback of bending sheet greatly affects the precision of stamping part.So it is very important for us to have a precision forecast of the springback in numerical simulation.Based on the theory of elastic-plastic and non-linear finite element,the super steel sheet bending process and the uninstalled rebounding distortion process were simulated by the explicit-implicit continuous solving function of ANSYS/LS-DYNA non-linear and dynamic finite program.The super steel sheet was bended by different radius of the punch and different punch-and-die clearances.The result of springback was obtained.By comparison of experimental and calculated results,the accuracy of the calculated results is verified.
