Abstract:
The drawing of tailor welded blanks box was simulated by Dynaform.The influence of holding blank force(HBF) on the strain path of the dangerous point and the formability was researched,and the setback HBF was offered.The results show that the strain path of dangerous point can be controlled and the movement of weld line can be reduced through adjusting the quality and changing style of HBF,so the formability of tailor welded blank box is improved.
