Abstract:
The analytical model of blank wrinkling in conventional spinning is established on the basis of the bending plastic hing theory. The calculation equation is derived according to the principle of energy method. By numerical method, the relationship between the critical wrinkle number and the process parameters has been obtained, which accords with the practice.
