Abstract:
In the rolling procedure of eccentric shafts with cross wedge rolling,the non-symmetry of rolling force in rolling zone is a significant characteristic.The characteristic of force in rolling zone of eccentric shafts with cross wedge rolling was completely and systematically analyzed using FEM.Then,the affecting mechanism of effecting parameters to force in rolling zone was clarified.In the meantime,primary and secondary factors effecting on parameters of force in rolling zone was synthesized.The researches are helpful for understanding the forming mechanism,rotating conditions and eccentric limit of eccentric shafts with cross wedge rolling.
