|
How to prolong life of cold extrusion punch is a problem to give rise to universal attention at present. Though there are many factors that exercise an influence on life of punch, in this paper authors give quantitative analysis only to influence of structure parameters on life of punch. Basing on the calculation of punch by finite element method, authors analyse the stress distribution in punch and influence of different structure parameters of punch on stress concentration, and then provide reference data for structure design of punch.
