Abstract:
The C type frame is the key part of the giant pressure machine,the enough strength and reliability must be considered during the structure design.Its three-dimensional finite element model was established by applying MSC.Marc software,the static finite element analysis was done under imitating compressor maximum load conditions,and the geometric gap factor that influenced the combination frame intensity was analyzed.A local high stress condition and its distribution rule were found in the domain of the notch of C plate.According to this situation,the methods that lower the local stress were probed.On the basis of the existing rounded gap,three local structure improvements were designed.Analyses show that the stress is greatly reduced and the required strength of the frame is ensured.The satisfactory result is obtained.This provides a valuable reference for the structural design of C type plate.
