Abstract:
Of late years, we succeeded in developing a kind of macromolecule film. In order to estimate its lubrication behavior, the tests of drawing mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet billets are lubricated with three kinds of lubricat: the machine oil, chlorinated paraffin and macromolecule film. Comparing all estimated indexes, it is seen that the lubrication behavior of macromolecule film is optimal. (?)ot Only can the macromolecule film raise limiting drawing deformation degree, but it also can reduce drawing pressure. At the same time, it can prevent producing seizing tumcur effectively yet. So a draw piece having a small reduction of wall thickness and good surface quality may be obtained. Make use of the macromolecule film, remarkable technologic and economic results may be achieved.
