Abstract:
A study on forging process with a type of the C41-75 air hammer was carried out from the viewpoint of man machine systems.By means of progressive regression method,a mathematical model of the air hammer was developed.A rule-based hammerer model was proposed on the basis of fuzzy control theory.A computerized overall forging system's model including hammerer,air hammer and forging part was developed.The modelling method could be used to analyze and evaluate the overall system perforniance of man-in-loop forging process.
