Abstract：

The hydraulic elastic bulging roll is a new model roll being developed in recent years.Dead load experiment study and theoretical analysis has been made for this roll,judging formula of satisfying high-pressure sealing condition has been obtained.The correctness of formulas has been confirmed by experiment.Some results can be used to the structural design of the hydraulic elastic bulging roll.
