Abstract:
A mathematical model for aluminium extrusion die bearing is proposed in this paper.The section shape and die holes location that will influence material flow have been considered in this model Based on this model,computer aided design system of extrusion die bearing is developed.It has been proved that the die bearing designed by this system can balance material flow velocity that comes from die holes,so can reduce bent,crack,twist of extrudates.
