Abstract:
In this paper,densification laws of rotary forging powder sintered preforms and the property of components have been investigated with orthogonal experiment method.Experimental results indicate that H/D and rotary forging force are main factors.Furthermore,the laws of H/D and rotary forging force affecting densification are obtained by through expenment and regression analysis. By determining the property of components,it is found that density distnbution is non homogeneous,axial density gradient is higher than that of radial,and hardness distribution shows no difference with density distribution.
