Abstract:
In this paper the one step algorithm for 3 D contact checking is presented which is feasible to achieve and with higher calculating efficiency and reliability than other algorithms which usually include two processes: global searching and local searching. The simulation results show the new algorithm is accessible when it was applied in the simulation of the process of SPF/DB technology.
