Abstract:
From the point view of author, structure design for die is an assembly design for the function of die. Building the “Top To Down” sequence for it is the best way to improve the efficiency of the structure CAD. An assembly model that fits to the “Top To Down”sequence of the structure design for the progressive dies is proposed. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the structure of the progressive dies, a “Top To Down” design sequence that has been realized in the HPro Die system is also described in this paper.
